SHANE PEHRSON

Hello, my name is Shane Pehrson, and I would like to welcome you to my portfolio!

I have been fascinated by the art of story telling for as long as I can remember.  Whether it was television, feature films, or just flipping through a magazine, I always keyed in on how the artists were able to portray the story with their imagery. Needless to say, I picked up a disposable camera at a young age and became obsessed with capturing candid moments, slowly working up to purchasing my first video camera. 

 

This obsession led me to study, and graduate, with a degree in Digital Art and Photography from the University of Minnesota, Duluth, in 2015.  Although I've only had my degree for 5 years now, I have been working in my field for going on 9, being contracted to do anything from product photo shoots, to wedding videos, animation and a lot of things in between.

My goal with this site is to get my work out there and allow me to work with locally driven businesses that will, not only, push my knowledge and current skill set, but also allow me to practice and hone those skills.
